1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the house/apartments and the surrounding area as part of the accommodation service provided.
2. Every guest staying at the property is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. During this time, it is forbidden to play loud music, use loud TV, shout, make noise, or engage in any other activities that may disturb the peace of neighbors and other guests.
Organizing events on the property premises is strictly prohibited, including:
The property is intended exclusively for quiet relaxation.
1. The maximum number of guests staying overnight in the apartment may not exceed the number of persons specified in the reservation.
2. Visitors (not staying overnight) may remain on the property premises only until 10:00 PM.
3. The guest staying overnight bears full responsibility for visitors – their behavior must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. After 10:00 PM, visitors must leave the property premises.
1. Smoking tobacco, electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and heating products is completely prohibited throughout the apartment (in all interior rooms).
2. Smoking is allowed only in a designated outdoor area.
3. Non-compliance with the smoking ban inside the apartment will result in an additional fee of 800 PLN covering the cost of professional ozone treatment and airing of the rooms.
1. The presence of any animals is strictly prohibited on the property premises.
2. We do not accept reservations with animals. This applies to all domestic animals (dogs, cats, rodents, etc.).
3. If an animal is found on the property premises, the owner has the right to:
1. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused in the apartment or on the property due to their fault or the fault of persons invited by them (including visitors).
2. In the event of damage or destruction of equipment, appliances, furniture, walls, floors, or installations, the owner has the right to charge a fee corresponding to the cost of repair or purchase of a new item with comparable parameters.
1. It is forbidden to move furniture inside the apartment without the owner's consent.

3. In the event of any technical problem, the guest is obliged to contact the owner immediately – independent repairs are prohibited.
It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, or other hazardous substances and items into the apartment and onto the property. This includes in particular: gasoline, propane-butane gas, fireworks, firecrackers, pyrotechnic materials, solvents, and flammable aerosols.
1. The property premises in common areas (i.e., building entrance, stairwell, corridors, gazebo, driveway – if present) are covered by CCTV monitoring.
2. The monitoring serves exclusively to protect property and ensure guest safety.
3. The interiors of the apartments are not monitored – guests' privacy in the rented interior premises is fully maintained.
1. Guests may freely use the garden furniture located on the property.
2. The furniture should be used as intended, keeping it clean and in good technical condition.
3. After using the furniture (especially before evening or in case of rain), it should be left in order.
4. Garden furniture may not be taken outside the property or moved inside the apartment without the owner's consent.
Violation of the property's Terms and Conditions, in particular:
authorizes the owner to immediately terminate the stay without a refund of the paid fee.
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making apartment reservations via the website www.cichyzaulek.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
2. All reservations made through the Website constitute a distance sales agreement for accommodation services.

2. In the case of online reservations with bank transfer payment – the reservation is confirmed only after the payment is credited to the seller's account.
3. Any transaction fees (bank commissions) are borne by the customer, unless the agreement states otherwise.

NON-REFUNDABLE TARIFF (lowest price)
STANDARD TARIFF (mid-range price)
FLEX TARIFF (higher price, flexible)
PREMIUM TARIFF (highest price, maximum flexibility)
2. In the case of non-arrival (no-show) without prior cancellation – the full fee for the entire planned stay is charged (no refund).
3. Cancellation of the reservation should be made by contacting the Administrator (email: kontakt@cichyzaulek.pl or by phone).
4. Refunds are made to the same bank account from which the payment was made, within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
1. According to the Consumer Rights Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion (i.e., from the date of making the reservation).
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services if the seller informed the customer before making the reservation that the service will be performed on a date specified by the customer (which is the case for reservations with specific stay dates).
3. In practice, this means that the cancellation terms set out in §15 take precedence over the statutory right of withdrawal – in accordance with Article 38, point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act (exception for accommodation agreements).
1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-compliance of the service with the agreement (e.g., apartment standard deviating from the description, faults).
2. Complaints should be submitted immediately after identifying the problem – preferably during the stay – by email or phone.
3. The seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the customer of the outcome.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the seller may propose:
1. Online payments are made through an external payment operator that ensures secure transaction processing.
2. Before making a payment, the customer is redirected to the secure page of the payment operator, where they choose the payment method (card, BLIK, transfer, etc.).
3. The payment operator automatically confirms the payment – the seller does not have access to the customer's card details.
4. In the event of a failed payment, the reservation is not confirmed – please try again or choose another payment method.
1. Matters not regulated by these online sales Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. Any disputes arising from online sales agreements shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seller's registered office, subject to the provisions on alternative jurisdiction for consumers.
3. The customer has the option to use out-of-court dispute resolution (mediation, consumer arbitration) – more information is available at UOKiK.
1. These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Polish. In the event that translations into other languages are made available, these versions are for informational purposes only and serve to facilitate understanding of the content for guests who do not speak Polish.
2. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or interpretative disputes between the Polish version and the version in another language, only the Polish version is binding and decisive.
